Does anyone know why I would get violent dreams every so often? It seems that they come in chunks and I'll have a few every night for a few nights then they stop. A few weeks later they come back again. They aren't the same ones ever, but they always include me being really violent. I'm not a violent person in real life. Just wondering if anyone knows why this might be happening...

Well I am a violent person (kind of) by nature but I always have hippy-like, psychadelic dreams. Maybe it's a reverse thing.

You're not alone, only I die at the end... But I find that they stop if I don't forget anything such as homework, Does that make me a bad person? Oh well, try to keep track of the things you do when it comes and avoid doing the things you're against. Sweet dreams! :p

Unresolved sexual tension.

Thanks all. I somehow doubt I'm a vampire, I'll question whether or not I'm a werewolf, and I'm certain that I'm not a "he". As for the sexual tension, I assure you that it also happens when I'm completely satisfied (although I did wonder about that before...)

Here's actually a serious theory: it could be that your violent dreams happen for similar reasons to why people like violent video games. It's not so much a desire to cause harm as a visceral satisfaction in taking things apart, like the pleasure some people get out of mindsweeper, math, or machines. Often when I'm violent in dreams that's how it operates.

I like really violent games. But then again, I don't or rarely get violent dreams.

Maybe he just has some repressed anger pent up somewhere in his psyche. Or sometimes I dream about recent movies or could be recent games. The last time I dreamt a violent dream has to be after playing for like 2 days nonstop umm... whats the name of the game, you can shoot people and piss on them.

I find that you are usually better off if you listens to Satan's ideas. Some of them are pretty good!
