Okay, so of course she shouldn't have thrown the rock at him, but really! In Oregon, she'd be immediately exonerated on defense of immaturity (under 12), if the case even got that far. If this is grounds for felony charges, then countless classmates of mine in 7th grade should have been arrested easily. I don't know WHAT that police department is thinking.

Incidentally, I found this by typing "la" into my browser and seeing what it came up with...
