I thought from the title this was going to be a thread started by Canadians complaining that there are no Tim Horton's restaurants in Europe. The culture gap continues... :D

One half of the Old Firm down, one to go.

I think having Tim Hortons over here would be a good idea.

Champions...of a league with two teams. And the second placed team can't even beat some Lithuanians.

Face it, if there was an All British League, you'd be down with the Derbys and the Crystal Palaces.
Eh-oh

I say more... Middlesborogh... Everton.... Newcastle between 10th and 4th every year.... Oh by the way it was Slovaks... and the Scum did beat them... 4-0, as much as it pains me to say it the 1st leg was a fluke

Oh yeah, sorry, i was mixing them up with the Lithuanians the actual champions of Europe won tonight, whilst i was watching and drinking copious red wine, mea culpa.

And i really doubt your claim, You'd get put in the Premier League at first, due to media constraints, but...really? I'd be surprised if you weren't relegated in the first season.

Yeah celtic and rangers would be let into the premiership, then theyd start whining because they cant win anything. My advice, stay in Scotland where you can actually win something.

I want to stay in Scotland.... but look at the Old Firm's Results against English Teams in the past 5 years...

This year Celtic are shite and can't score but looking at these results against fairly big teams We'd both do quite well... top half at least... but we would'nt win it for at least ten years...

Man Utd 3 Rangers 0
Rangers 0 Man Utd 1
Rangers 2 Tottenham 0
Rangers 4 Fulham 1
Newcastle 4 Rangers 2
Rangers 3 Everton 2
Chelsea 2 Rangers 3

Arsenal 1 Celtic 1
Liverpool 0 Celtic 2
Celtic 1 Liverpool 1
Blackburn 0 Celtic 3
Celtic 1 Blackburn 0
Celtic 0 Man Utd 2
Man Utd 3 Celtic 4

There will be more but thats all the Premiership teams I can remember playing the old Firm....

I think it was completely Celtics fault that they lost the first leg, they assumed that a smaller team would be just like a friendly pre-season to them, and so let in the 5 goals, and also after going 2-0 down, they played 3 up front, which, against a team that can obviously score goals, was not the thing to do. I would of said pull one striker back into midfield, and play 4-5-1.
