I usually get most of my news online but I do read The Sunday Times and Der Spiegel (not British but it helps keep whatever German knowledge I have left in practice)

Either the Guardian or the Independent (usually, though I have been known to get others), and occasionally the various local news papers as well as the Metro, which is handed out free on the buses in Manchester.

A combination of the Times and the Independent. Centre-right and centre-left respectively. Handy little combination. Both a little middle-class-snobbish, but if you think I should give a crap about what's happened in the Big Brother House, your opinion isn't of any value. Sorry. >_>

I don't read any newspapers, but then again, I don't live in Britain either :D
I watch the news on the German public channels which comes on at 20:00. I do, however, read about the Bild Zeitung, which happens to be Germany's and Europe's largest newspaper. I visit a weblog called BILDblog (http://www.bildblog.de), which disects erroneous articles from the paper. It happens quite a lot that the Bild produces "exclusive" articles on issues that happen to be bad translations of British tabloids.

I've found the Guardian to be the best British newspaper.

(In Ireland the most unbiased newspaper is the Irish Times - it's pretty good)
