If they are packing so fast...it probably means this was negotiated beforehand.

no there is a loylist feud going on (which it says in the artical).
And yes I do think it's a good idea. Since I'm pretty sure they agreed to that beforehand. :p
The real show of how much faith they have is if they leave the buildings there without selling them or demolishing them.
