Ok ever since I was born I had to put up with seeing bombings of england - and its made me sick - and now my sister is due a baby in November and he is apparantly going to to see the same thing - it really dis-hearts me - and to be honest it's the only thing that actually makes me stop and think ( I can laugh of most things on debate)- I dont want this and I hate the thought of the little guy +--+--+-Bless HIM -+_-+- having to see what I seen, I really thought he was gonna see a clean world 9/11 I thought (stupid ?) was a one off - FOR FOOK sake man !!

- He grew up watching the IRA screw over Britain
- His son is going to grow up watching Al-Qaeda screw over Britain
- He doesn't like that, he doesn't want his son to see what he saw
- He thought the world was getting better, but 9/11 proved him wrong
- He wanted a better world for his son
- He doesn't want socialization in his thread

There. That's what I got, anyway.

I'm sorry but why would the IRA ever help the British government. And yes the IRA did often warn of bombings but there were also cases when they would say "Theres a bomb in a chip shop in Liverpool" when the actual bomb was miles away

The reality is, that you cannot sheild this kid from life, and he will learn about the world, from adults like you.

He will see the things you saw....what he learns from that...is up to you.

That is never going to happen. The IRA had strong links with the PLO of Palestine and such groups, but that was before this whole thing with extremism came about. The IRA did warn peolpe but the trouble is when dissadent republicans blew up civillians in the name of the IRA, thier is about 4 diffrent groups claiming the name. 1 more point, i will agree Al-Qaeda are scum because they are diliberatly targeting innocent people. I dont understand what thier objectuves are, can anyone enlightin me??
