Sleep?

How much sleep we get tells us a little bit about our personalities. A person who gets maybe 4 hours of sleep a night may be a hard worker. Another, who gets 12+ hours each night might prefer a more "laid-back" lifestyle, as it were.

Or it could be chemical...simply how our Circadian Cycle pans out. Maybe you ONLY need 4 hours?

Either way, I'd like to know in this high-stress world we live in today, how much sleep do you regularly get on a normal day.

Thank you...peace and chicken grease...

6-7 hours during the week, 12 + on the weekend... so, what do you want me to select?

Have not been getting that much sleep lately.

A few too many stuff-ups at work and with friends.

I take too much sleep lately. I've caught myself lying down for a nap for a sheer lack of anything else to do. It's been so bad that some days I lay down to sleep three times. I picked 10-12 hours

It depends. Two weeks ago, it was all about how early I was trying to get up, so I usually got 4 - 6 hours of sleep.

Now? Well, funny you should mention that. These days, it's all about how loud the TV is where I sleep, and if my dad's talking (when he talks, you can hear him from outside the house... no joke). I went to bed at 2:53 AM, and I just woke up to a freezing bedroom (he has the AC on 64 degrees full blast, so it gets down to the 50's), an extremely loud TV, and him talking loud enough to wake the dead. So, that's less than four hours of sleep for me.

7-9 hours usually, though i always try for (want) 10-12
however, during a normal week i often get down to 4 hours some nights - my sleeping patterns are erratic to say the least...

I usually get about 6 hours sleep, but really need more. I start work at 7am, so I'm up at 6am, but can't seem to get to bed/sleep before midnight. And The Ashes are killing me at the moment. The final session finishes at 3am Melbourne time & then the alarm goes at 6am. Bugger.

How much sleep you get is determined by how you plan your day. Sleep needs planning? Yes. Sleep needs planning.
