is particracy a word?

I am attempting a googlewack and i need to know if particracy counts as a word in Googlewhack.com view.

do any of you know?

The fact that you spelled it twice and differently each time made me skeptical, so I did a define:search on google, and came up with no results, so my guess is...no.

Literally, it means “rule by parties.” In other words, it is a form of government where the will of political parties dominates over the will of individual politicians. Particracy is a simulation that puts you at the head of one such party, a place where political intrigue, empty promises, compromise, concessions, and coalitions abound.

There is a word 'partocracy'--according to OED 2, it means 'government or rule by a single political party without opposition; totalitarianism'. 'Particracy'? A nonce word, I think.

It definitely doesn't search the Oxford English Dictionary... :)
