For anyone not yet aware of the IRAs agreement to disarm i found the BBC online page to cover it very satisfactorily. The big question is will anything happen? Is it another hollow promise, or can they finally deliver. Any comments and thoughts welcome.

It's a nice thought but any IRA members who disagree will just form the "New IRA" or something simialr. Hate doesn't just go with an announcement and the DUP are already stirring trouble (photos, photos wherfore art thou)
At least not too many people are being killed by either side at the moment
