Ok, so this has probably been done by someone else, but here goes anyway. If you have a cool dream, post it up on here. It should make some good reading.

EDIT: It doesn't sound true, but I seriously had this dream a night ago.

My overexposure to Harry Potter last week caused me to dream about a weird high school where the school counselor (Professor Insanity) thought that swear words were spoken by children that had plants growing on their heads. I went throughout the entire dream with a cell phone, and she overheard me utter a swear word, and sent me immediately to the botony teacher who said, frustrated, "There is no plant growing on this girl's head!" meanwhile, the room was filled with children that DID have various plants growing on their heads...

Did I mention it was a very, very, strange dream? Well, it was.

Oh, I had a falling dream once.

I took my mom's car and drove it off a cliff.

Cool part? I had a reply of it from the driver seat. Three times.

I have a really cool, well, at least weird one, but I've told and written it so much I'm kinda sick of it... maybe later...

I don't really have any dreams. I mean I dream, but those are so weird that I don't even fully understand them after I wake up.

Hmmm, actually a couple of nights ago I had a dream where i was on the way out of my math class, when someone cracked me in the back of the head with a heavy ball, and i started bleeding.
I saw him later on, and he said to me, "No hard feelings right?"
"Of course not" I smiled, and then I pinned him down and kneed him in the spine. The strange thing is this guy is sort of my friend.
And the moral of the story? Never trust me

Um... now that I read the other posts, I'd like to share some nightmares I've had with you bunch:

One was on a space luxury cruise ship. At the nightmarish part I was one of the guests. You know how you're omniscient in your dreams and you know what's going on in other places? Well there was some kind of alien (similar to the Aliens in said movie) in the freight compartment. There were a couple of military personnel trying to contain it, but you didn't see that in the dream, you just knew it. And all the while freaked out passengers were trying to find a place to hide. So one of them asked a soldier where, and he directed my group to the bathrooms. I was huddled with two other people in one of the compartments, scared shitless. It was damn quiet outside and eventually, a disembodied pair of legs got pushed underneath the compartment door.
That's when I woke up.

Once I dreamt that my best friend and I were flying to Tokyo to detonate a nuclear warhead. We succeeded, and the bomb went off, and we got out of there. Later i was watching on the news that it only killed 10 people, and i was kind of disappointed. No idea why I wanted to nuke Tokyo, but I did.

In another bizarro dream, I went on a trip with my old high school class to Mars, of all places, for a long weekend. The shuttle took two hours to get from Earth to Mars, and everyone stayed in a space station taht had several sets of bunk beds. I was paranoid the whole time that some schmuck would open the airlock and we would be sucked out, and our faces would be distorted like in Total Recall. Then I realized the air was safe to breathe, so I was a little less scared, but I still wanted to get back to Earth. I was also amazed at how well my cell phone worked on Mars.

I had a really weird recurring dream a few months ago:
I was standing in a dark room. In front of me was a square window with nine panes of glass in it. The top left pane showed a number 8, and the bottom right pane showed a 20. The middle pane showed a libra symbol - my star sign. Then, the top right and bottom left panes smashed, and a squirrel and a rat appeared in each hole respectively. A rock smashed through the centre pane of glass. Lights turned on. A pink cadillac dropped through the ceiling. My aunt climbed out and we were standing in a Toni and Guy hair salon. Then, my aunt started buying bracelets - in the T&G salon.

Weird, I know. I had that dream every night for about two months.

Never quite figured out what it meant.

My advice: Google "dream dictionary" or "online dream dictionary" and look up some of the things that stood out in your dreams.

Anyway, thanks for the advice, but the dream stopped weeks ago, and I'd rather not know what it means, in case it's something bad.

Usually if a dream has a bad message, it is not one of impending doom or death or anything like that... they mostly reflect on the subconscious mind, meaning that if you find something ominous, you can correct it and have much more pleasant dreams.

(Theoretically, anyway... I'm not sure if I believe that dream symbolism is accurate or not.)

I'm pretty sure that the dream I had a couple of days ago is my own fault for particpating in some of the religious threads on this forum, but here goes. I was trying to escape from a militant cult that had taken hostages for the purpose of generalized slavery and made their base in a movie theater. I had made it halfway across town before I realized my cellphone had been microchipped (sp?) with a tracer and it wasn't long before I was dragged back to cult headquarters. I soon realized that I was about to have a baby and, because I was fertile, the cult leader wanted to make me one of his many wives. Of course, the baby that I had threw up all over the cult leader and he was thoroughly disgusted. End of dream (and I spared a lot of details). :(

in my dreams I have been to Afghanistan as a Taliban, Iraq as a insurgants, and I have been to Saudi Arabia, I must of did something like sneak into mecca or something because the hole country was after me. In a dream I was involved in a shootout in a mall and I had a MP5. I hade a recurring dreams a few months ago were I was visited by death.

well There was one where a bullet slowkey entered my head and I died. or One where I completely made up a girl- I could see her in detail but I do not know her.

Last night I dreamed that I found a new Voltron toy.

How odd.

A few nights ago I had a bit of a strange dream. I woke up, started getting ready for a shower and then found that there were three towels draped over my radiator. This really pissed me off in the dream, because it was a waste of towels.

Now all im stuck with are days and they only die on by one. :(

When I was a kid I had a recurring dream & a couple of months ago I had it again.

My older sister & I were sitting in the back seat of our car (always the same car, even after we got new ones) waiting for mum to come out of the shop & drive us home. The car would start rolling & we'd both be really scared. Then I'd get in the driver's seat & steer the car (not actually drive it) until it finally came to rest safely, usually in a different (but familiar) place each time. In the end I would be really enjoying myself steering the car.

It's weird, because I hadn't had that dream for 15 or more years, then out of the blue I had it earlier this year.

Also I used to have heaps of flying dreams. I'd jump or fall from a high building, then eventually glide to the ground. They'd also start off scary, but end up being really exhilarating dreams.

Oh, heheh. This dream I just woke up from.

The Queen of England is 30. Her daughter is 17. I hit on her daughter.

I used to get a recurring dream where I was being chased by the police for killing someone (never found out who). It was kind of like a movie prison escape because it had me scrambling through a forest and falling into a really muddy ditch. All i could hear was people shouting and dogs barking. Thankfully my dreams are a bit less serious these days

Prince Charles kicked your ass?

I've had the following dream for about three nights now...

Beautiful castle/cathedral-like place, people are seated, there's an altar in the front with a groom and a minister and bridesmaids and everything. Everyone is looking towards the gigantic doors at the back at the end of the aisle where the bride comes. The doors open, and she enters. She's gorgeous, with her hair done up, and the most beautiful dress I have ever seen. Except for three things: the dress is jet black, the bouquet (sp?) flowers are rust-coloured and dead and she's crying silently as she walks down the aisle (I don't think I've seen her face yet, I just know she's weeping). I know she's in mourning for her freedom. I just don't know what it's supposed to mean for me as I'm not engaged or even seeing anyone.
