If you choose not to indulge in outsourcing, your economy will decline. I believe this is extremely simplistic, especially considering the massive decline in America's industry and it's effect on the economy. Nobody with any understanding of the true impact 'outsourcing' has on the economy would deem it beneficial to anyone but the corporation itself and it's shareholders.

Do you honestly believe China would permit it's factories to pack up and leave, benefitting only it's owners, and increasing the number of unemployed citizens? Forcing citizens to take jobs which pay even lower wages? No; it happens in America because unbridaled capitalism is always destructive. It's one more reason why China will absolutely crush the United States.

I agree! And it will happen a lot sooner than many are willing to accept.

No. Outsourcing actually creates more jobs at home. And China will absolutely crush the US? China is going to have more problems then the US ever will have, including a huge recession.

No! Outsorcing and trade deficits will kill any nation's economy.

World outlook in 10 years: EU #1, China # 2 and USA # 3 and falling rapidly.

And you say China will be in a recession..... Sure, whatever! But I'll use your logic, and if China is in a recession, the USA will be in a depression. So China still will be in better shape. The EU will crush everyone economically, while China will crush anyone militarily. Goodbye USA, so long, farewell. Have a nice trip into oblivion and your 3rd world Country. It's innevitable!

That's all! Good day!

On outsourcing, I think the idea is that though people do lose quality of living as jobs go overseas, the big corporations that go overseas get to lower thier overhead with cheaper workers and less regulation, thus improving their profits which can be used for innovation, and to expand the business. Thus as the business is growing and creating new higher quality jobs and more and better products it will improve the economy. But I'm no economist so I could be wrong. And I don't like outsourcing either. I don't deny that it may help the economy, but because it not only takes jobs from already blue-collar natives but abuses foreigners in nations with less regulation I am willing to sacrifice the benefits to improve lives. Mild outsourcing that addresses these issues would be okay though.

On China... ? I'm anti-american, but I'm going to face facts that China does not have the military strength to crush the US. It will take anywhere from 10 to 50 years to match US economically, and even then China is(as far as anyone knows) is behind us technologicaly. China is a growing power though, and will be, along with India and possibly the EU the new big players on the scene. At any rate the world is becoming more multipolar. The US won't be the only big dog in the new millenium.

This is really off topic, but are you a national socialist? Just wondering with the flag of your nation and all, it looks like the SS symbol with a sword superimposed on it. And I thought someone on another thread mentioned that you were a female nazi... i could just be very tired and imagining things though...

Peace.
