Teens and Poker: Your Thoughts.

I recently bore witness to a television program that explained that Poker is becoming increasingly popular with US teens. Some people say that It is horrible for teens to take part in these games because it teaches them bad habits in the form of gambling. I however would rather see Teens playing poker with their friends than the alternative whatever that may be. Poker is a game of numbers and is a very social sport. Also very fun I might add.

I was just wondering what everyone here thought about this.

Poker's fun. Anybody who thinks Poker is bad from you is an idiot.

ive played poker all my life. i started way before i was a teen. you wont find ME saying its wrong.

underaged teens should have a limited supply of money eh? if they spend it all playing losing poker, i dont have a problem with it. i have a problem with parents who give their kids access to unreasonable amounts of money.

for most people its a good life lesson on how not to waste your hard earned cash.

plus its fun

we need a nationstates poker tournament! (no real money involved)
