just before year was another terror attack in north sinai (egyptian area near israel). I felt sorry for the kill's families, and for the egyptians that their holiday ruined by the terror.

My condolences. It seems pathetic that it gets so little attention in Western media since it seems normal for the region.

My condolences. It seems pathetic that it gets so little attention in Western media since it seems normal for the region.even in the definitions of the middle east, this is mega-terror attack.
in addition, it is one of the fewest terror attack that didn't harm israelis (which is weird, because israeli used to be even in south american disasters).
maybe, (and I afraid to think so) the world used to the terror. if it happen the terrorist already won.

Don't be in such a hurry. There's one Israeli Arab woman among the wounded, and many bodies simply haven't yet been recovered from under the rubble. We may well be in for a bunch of nasty surprises.

we lost our care for human life, the moral we claimed alone, the values we faught for.
at the first days of the terror in israel, every killed got main correspondence and all the radio station played sad songs for week. now they got little squire and some short sentences, and the TV show comedies after less than our. if it had less than 10 killed, many forgot it before the killed are buried. most of the politicians use the deaths to political goals, without wait one hour.
the terrorists make us lose our principals, and become just like them. golda meir (the woman who was israeli prime ministeress) said once: "I hate the terrorists because what they make us to do to them". sometimes I have to agree with it.

Ah, but that's a struggle we have to fight within ourselves. If you really don't want the terrorisits to change your morals, you can resist it. The problem is, some people are helped in differentiating human life by being given something they condemn. I'm not saying that terrorists are innocent beings, but they are not solely to blame for the downward slide of human society and treatment of human life. They can only change something that had potential to change in the first place.

I know but it is still frightening.

:headbang: Not again!

I really wish that the world could learn to care :fluffle: (love) each other and respect each other. I really still have faith that we can agree to disagree and work things out by compromise. Violence rarely solves anything.

(((((Victims & their families)))))

Someday, may everyone learn to be at peace.
