Singer? Maynard James Keenan from Perfect Circle/Tool. But Robert Plant is a great singer too.
Guitarist? Depends. Technically Van Halen or some obscure shredder like Ynwie Malmsteen, but I would say Eric Johnson as he's a really great guitarist but doesn't rely on sheer volume of notes for his solos.
Bassist? Victor Wooten/Steve Bailey.
Drummer? John Bonham/Drummer from Tool.
