It's a beautiful day in North Carolina, which is were God sat while he made the rest of the universe! It's a balmy 78 degrees and there's a light breeze which makes it even better. There's not a cloud in the sky, and I've had nothing but good news so far this morning:
* I'm not going to lose my home, about which there has been some doubt for several months now.
* A very close friend of mine who has cancer called to tell me that it's in remission.
* In five days my income almost doubles.
* I have food to eat, clothes to wear, a roof over my head, some way to occupy my mind, and no one is shooting at me.
Life is good! :D

Leg must be getting back to normal aswel?
Yup! I plan to start back running and working out after the first of August. Just walk/jog at first, but if I'm ever to successfully stop smoking, I need to substitute strenuous physical exercise.

How about swimming? I know that is usually reccomended as low impact excercise after an injury.

You misunderstand me. Even when you pay your house off you still don’t own it. The government does. That’s why you have to pay the rent called property tax to keep it.

The power to tax is the power to destroy, true. But NC is actually pretty reasonable when it comes to property tax, etc.
