I can't wait to be unemployed!

Next week I put in my two weeks notice at my stupid, crappy job that I hate.
I'm waiting until the schedule for the next week is up so my manager can't get spiteful and screw up my weekend.

Then it's one week of working there and one week of vacation and then I won't come back.

I'll get a job with a temp agency for the rest of the summer and then I will find a tutoring job when school gets back. I will live at home and I will see my friend who has recently moved back into the area. I may get my cartilidge pierced again. I will end the summer on a high note.

I'm currently in the process of finding work.

One little story though. After quitting my last job, I went to my boss's home at night, and poured yellow paint on his Mercedes.

*Nods at what you're thinking* :D

I never really left. This job doesn't pay me enough to entertain myself outside of the house and still save up for my tuition.

I just haven't been quite so happy or felt so liberated in a while.

Woo hoo!

Just how liberated are you? You never really gave us a resolution on your...other...problems.

Things have been going pretty good lately. We've been talking a lot more and he's made more trips down here and I've been forcing time off work more and going to see him. Quitting this particular job will open up even more time and I will be able to get work closer to home where I won't feel obliged to continue into the school year either.

Yeah, we really hit a bit of a rough patch for a while.

Are things in the clear now? Or do you still have issues to resolve?

I think we've got a lot of things worked out and that being able to spend more time with each other will only help things more.
