I'd say that's almost certainly a deceased dog. But what do I know, IANACZ (I Am Not A CryptoZoologist). :)

the video looks like a kind of dog or coyote or some sort of hybrid, but definately canine. The picture looks marsupialish or whatever rats are, whatever it is, the teeth and jaw are set strange and it has HORRIBLE mange. Maybe chupacabras have hereditary mange -_-

I believe said cadavers were both determined to be those of some manner of canid, possibly afflicted with mange.
