Let's play a fortune telling game. Let's assume for the sake of argument that Karl Rove and Scooter Libby and maybe even Ari Fleischer get indicted for crimes arising out of the Plame outing. What will happen? Take the poll and post your thoughts below.

He'll try to distract the American Public's attention from them with say... a war on Iran until he's almost out of office, then pardon them,

Well, he could just play the delaying game and get away with that--prosecutions take a loooooong time, you know.

It is notable that when a Republican is in real trouble, most other Republicans hang him out to dry. I think its an interesting contrast to the way Democrats stick by their guys almost no matter what. He will let them stand trial. Bush is not a genuinely kind man; he is a politician. He has no reason to hurt his possible future on the Senate or as governor by pardoning Rove.

He'll take a nap. At his ranch. Dick will take care of things, as usual.

Why do you think Dad hired him back from Halliburton? For his golf game?

Why do you think Dad hired him back from Halliburton? For his golf game?Of course. He's so good at golf that he likes playing it with George W. Bush and letting the country be run by God. After all, it's in God we trust, isn't it? ;)
