The real question about group sex, IMHO, is "can the various personalities handle the sexual and emotional tension?" Some people who seem to think they won't have any problem with it later get all emotionally conflicted. That's not good for anyone.

And don't forget to watch them elbows and knees! People get excited and forget that they can't be quite as active in a group as they can when it's just a couple. ;)

I'm not sure I would do it if I were you, but those are the keys to avoid turning it into a fiasco or worse.

Seriously, I'm sort of indifferent to group sex. Partly because I've never had it, and partly because I don't think I could like that many people at a time (and I don't think "casual sex" is a good idea).

The issue with group sex is that it's usually performed with a couple looking to "get more experience" and the person they have sex with usually is a person liked by one person or the other. The jealousy and distrust that come after this is sure to ruin the relationship. Most of the time it does.

On the other hand, group sex between people with no relationship aside from friends or fuck buddies is never dangerous. And it's pretty frickin' sexy.

Having been on both sides, I much prefer two women with one man (me, of course). The two guys thing can be nice, especially if the girl likes to be plugged in at both ends (use your imagination), but there is nothing like the view of, well, um, you get the idea :fluffle: damn, no smilie for three.

As a male, iv been with 2 women and it was GOOD ;) . But there are things to watch out for. I don't agree with the definition offered in the poll unless the guys are into eachother too. In my opinion, it does not count as a group unless everybody is into everybody else. If it's 3+ straight guys with one girl, then that is 3+ guys having sex with a girl. Without being too icky, there is a limit to how many men one woman can deal with.

However, I have no real problem with multiple simultaneous partners. So long as everybody involved is there for the right reasons (i.e. cos it's fun, not because they are trying to please anybody) then it's fine. It's when one person is only doing it cos their partner wants too that problems occur.
Discussing it carefully can ensure no misunderstandings, and rules are very important.

IMEx, (2M on 1F) if the guys are biologically (non-politically) hetero, then there are just too many arms and legs. (Good way to figure out how far you swing...)

Also IMEx, most (young) women are (at least) marginally Bi (or curious anyway), so 2F on 1M = Mucho Exhaustion. (ah, pre-marriage youth....)

Adding more people in disproportionate numbers don't make it interesting, just annoying. Never let your ratios go beyond 2 "extra" for either team. :D

i have had mad fun with my best friend and his wife,it helps being bi and liking your mates and all.
