Im saying that the incidents recurrence and the general mistreatment of Muslim prisoners is somewhat suspicious, yes.

Itv says "Three British servicemen are to stand trial for war crimes after their tour of duty in Iraq, the Attorney General has announced.
Lord Goldsmith said that under the International Criminal Court Act 2001, the three will stand trial for the crime of Inhuman Treatment.
They are among 11 servicemen who face a range of charges in two separate cases arising from incidents in the most recent Iraq conflict" ITV NEWS

A fourth serviceman, Sergeant Kelvin Stacey, 28, also of the Queen's Lancashire Regiment, is alleged to have assaulted a detainee and faces a charge of assault causing actual bodily harm, alternatively common assault.
Not just hypothetical bodily harm?
Re: this story - if they are guilty I hope they receive stern punishment and that other inmates abuse them in a similar fashion.
