I have recently discovered the taste sensation that is 'rye bread'. I love this stuff! Perhaps my penchant for rye whiskey has adapted my taste buds.

Anyway, I was wondering, what is your latest passion? It doesn't have to be a food one.

Oh, another thing that's awesome is fat-free Miracle Whip. Usually fat-free dairy products have less taste, but this is just as good as the fatty one.

Thanks, I'm allready about half a stone lighter - although I'm inexplicably tired all the time ;)

Coarse ground black peppercorns and Horse radish relish. The pepper goes on anything needing pepper...and theHorseradish relish is awesome on sandwiches with strong tasting meats like salmon or (of course) roast beef, montreal smoked and pastrami.

I've also been playing GT4 quite a bit. This is quite unusual as I usually loathe video games as a waste of time. But GT4 gets the whole racing/driving thing down just right. I find myself needing a daily fix of it.

Dieting isn't a good solution if you're trying to lose weight. I knew a lot of girls who were on diets and this only left them feeling depressed and listless. The fact that they lacked energy also contributed to them gaining weight. On the other hand I knew this one girl who had an incredible figure and ate like a pig. She ate foods that were high in protein and excercised to sculpt her figure. At first getting into the routine was difficult, even painful, but once you develope an athletic lifestyle not only do you become physically fit, but you adopt a more positive outlook on life because you realise that you can control how you look and how others percieve you.

I am doing alot of exercise at the moment; one of the main reasons I want to loose weight is that when I run for any sort of distance (10Km+) the extra weight I carry puts an enourmous strain on my knees (and probably other muscless). I was loosing weight just by exercising but I'm dieting to speed up the process so that I can run faster. Unfortunately this makes me quite tired but I can cope.

I'm allergic to Lobster *Cries*. Though i love the taste of it. But it gives me the rashies after that. Ahhh.. but the suffering is worth it for the taste of its morsel flesh..
