Would you want to live in your Nation?
It's a simple question, yes or no really, but I'm sure there's room for discussion somehow.

Since I have the power to manipulate policies, of course I would! My nation reflects my opinion on issues, generally. Except when you have to choose between one or two extremes.....I hate that

Other than the rather high taxes, yes, I would love to live in my NS nation. However, I have a clone which would be even better, since it's very similar, but only has a 4% tax rate. :D
Aboslutely. Great political freedoms, great civil rights, a powerful economy (2.9% unemployment, $37,500 per capita) and, best of all, a 3% tax rate. For a hardcore capitalist, it's heaven.

Czardas? Totally. Uber-cool, environmentally stunning civil rights paradise where the people govern themselves and have discussions over laws proposed by a council on a forum much like this one. The whole country is wired, too. What more can you ask for? ;)

Well it's a Civil Rights Lovefest, so yeah, I'm there. Mmmm.... Lovefest...... :fluffle:
Of course I'd like to live in Potaria. Everybody is friendly, there's no crime whatsoever (one of the reasons is because nobody goes hungry or without money), and it's plenty large. Oh, and total separation of church and state, with churches that turn a profit being taxed like every other business.
Freedom. Environmental responsibility. Ease of life.
Potaria. No person within its borders will go hungry or without a home.
Are you flippen kidding me? Would you want to live in an oppressive nation in which the only culture revolves around an oppressive religion and the government is directly run by corporations and a slightly deranged overlord? I wouldn’t.
However, I would want to live in my FT puppet of Ihrentan, where the small government stays out of peoples lives, unfettered capitalism is the norm, political rights are excellent, and taxes are low.

In short, we're a Democratic British Empire. Oh, and I get to be Grand Chancellor too, fancy titles are fun. But as a citizen... I'm not paying the taxes.
As a citizen of my nation? I would not want to live there. The civil rights are outstanding and the economy is good but the goverment is communist and would hate to live under a communist nation.

Sure, if I could speak, write, and understand Lanida...Nianacio has a powerful economy, little crime, high levels of freedom, low taxes, and probably any climate I might feel like. Also, the "progressive social policies in education and welfare" my nation page talks about are homeschooling and voluntarily getting money to needy people. Oh, and Nianacio has a fairly stable currency; you can trade in your bills for somewhat less than face value in metals (not necessarily particularly valuable ones). On the other hand, the average person in Nianacio is only about five feet tall...Living in a nation built for 5' people could be difficult.

Originally, I formed my nation after my own ideals, and it developed into something like a mixture between Canada and Marx's idea of a communist society, only with a better environment and education system. I'm trying to shift it to a capitalist nation; but currently it's an anarchy. I wouldn't want to live there right now, but perhaps half a year ago it was my idea of paradise.

I think I'd like to live in the Grand Republic. I mean, it has a 100% tax rate, and the education system has about $5 for each pupil. Oh, and healthcare isn't exactly hot, and the military practically rules the country, meaning I'd be drafted randomly once I lived there. And the place is kinda a dump at times...
So, maybe not, after all...
