My thoughts on "Right-wing Media"

I remember watching Fox News when the anchor said, before the commercial break, that following the break, would be a story on a Church that was to be demolished. He said, "Are humans breaking the laws of God?"

Yet, while America bombed Iraq during the late 1990s, I watched Fox News for their constant coverage of the war.

I have noticed that much of Fox News is commentary, which does seem to be conservative.

Also, I have noticed that CNN has its own commentary, which tends to be moderate and liberal.

In short, all news is biased to some point. Fox isn't always biased, nor is CNN.

ah.. my sentiments exactly. television news seems to be more for entertainment nowadays. i do prefer fox news to CNN.. but lets face the facts here, most news shows and forms of media are very liberal by default, the only exception that i can think of is fox news. Fox does try to keep it fair.. but their sad excuse for a democrat (alan colmes) really doesnt help much. btw bill orielly is my hero.

That wasn't me. I've had the bad luck of having had a few surgeries, so plenty of time to lie around watching news just about 24/7. I watch mostly CNN and I can tell you, it's sloppy sensationalistic reporting where the view is toward presenting events as entertainment.

The real news scrolls by on the marquee (isn't that what they call that scroller at the bottom?) while talking heads tell you what they think is important. It's also very interesting to note what news they omit completely - I get internet newsfeeds from multiple souces on the internet, so I have a good basis for comparison. I am often surprised at what CNN thinks is not worth mentioning, and I wonder about the power of the fifth column a lot.

Fox and CNN isn't 'all news.' ;)

The poll and the topic seem completely unrelated... but I think it's ment to be that way.

Since I think my above statement probably makes the fist option obvious, I voted the last.

I picked the "obviously gay" option, because that's what I not so secretly wish he were.

Then again, that's what I wish everyone were, so it's not that surprising.

Of course Fox and CNN aren't all the news that exist. But in the interests of what conservatives call "liberal media", and what liberals call "conservative media", I chose them, and it should be pretty self-explanatory in itself.

Of course my phallus is impressive. It's gargantuan. The world revolves around my phallus, and everyone measures according to my phallus. That's how the world works.

I love you too, Fass.
