It looks as if most luxembourgers voted "Jo" on the E.U. constitution...
Finally results: 56,52% "yes" against 43,48% "no"
What do you think? Will this change anything?

No. It seems the opinion of the French is the only one that matters.

edit: Though i am quite glad that the "yes" will win :)

Just because we were the first to vote no. Had another country voted no before us, then it would have been exactly the same: the Constitution would be rejected.

For it to be approved, it would have needed ratifying by *all* member nations, since it was to be applied to all member nations. Hence, it was enough for one nation to reject it (although two have anyway). Any nation.

Did you not know that, or did you decide to make a groundless stab at France anyway?

I'm just wondering why we had to vote anyway.... I guess our prime minister wanted to prove the whole world that the luxembourgish are pro-europe.

It was mostly a decision for/againt our prime minister anyway, because he wanted to reseign if we voted "non". And as all the other politicians here suck, most people decided to go for the "yes"

It looks as if most luxembourgers voted "Jo" on the E.U. constitution... At this moment, 58% said "yes", although not all the votes have been counted yet.

Won't make a bit of difference. When France voted NON it was the end of the EU Constitution and could be the end of the EU. IMHO.
