What Free Email Service Do You Use?

What service do you use for your free email?
I think Gmail is the best, easily, having tried a few.

It has far more storage than any other service, the page loads *alot* faster, and you can search your mail easily. Also the contact list is done alot better, where i just type someones name and select them from a little pop-up list.

I have 2 hotmail accounts, which are kind of shitty but I can't be bothered changing. In one of them I've had to change my location to somewhere in the US in order to get the larger account box due to the 5-6 daily 250k sized spam emails.

HoTMaiL - had the account for very long time and too lazy to change now.

I worked out that all free email services are shite a little while ago.
As soon as I found out that MSN messenger can be used with an ISP email address and figured out how to set up Mail in OSX, I dumped my 6 year old boothjarrod@hotmail.com address and started using my ISP account.
It's free with my plan, there are no limits to attachment size or how many emails are there, and I can get another 4 addresses to use with spammy websites and such. And of course I can just set one up with an MSN Passport so I can use it with Messenger.

Of all my email addresses I've had, the HoTMaiL is the one which has lasted longest. I've had at least 6 work addresses ...

Hotmail and Gmail, but primarily Hotmail, because:

1. I'm used to it.
2. I'm confused with two or more accounts.
3. Having one central account beats having all sorts of other accounts.
4. I get notification whenever I receive an email when I'm on the Messenger service, and that's convenient.

However, Gmail has the advantage of gigantic storage space, and I use that to send attachments and stuff.

EDIT: POST NUMBER SIX-THOUSAND! WOOHOO! AND NOW A POSSIBLE SOF SPAMMER RATHER THAN A SEMI-PRO SP@MPIG! :D

yahoo.com.au, because I like the .au it gives me. My main e-mail address is my work one though. I've had a couple of hotmail addresses, but hotmail seemed to be "unavailable" quite often. I got sick of it. Can't say that I know gmail.

Yahoo + Hotmail
I also use Yahoo's extra ($) mail services for POP3 mapping and message archiving.

All of the above except Lycos, and then some. I sign up for a lot of different email accounts as spam guards and then never get rid of them. Gmail is definitely the best, though.

I do have a Yahoo account, but never use it for anything.

Gmail is easily the best - if you have the Gmail Notifier, it lets you know straight away if you have new email...

I used to use Virtual-mail, but after 5 or so years of faithful service, they seem to have (without any notifcation) crashed & burned...

SAFe-mail!

And why isn't there an "Other" option?! I'm not voting then!

This is the only poll where you SHOULD be able to choose more than one option. They are FREE services, people have more than ones, I have two yahoo accounts, a gmail, and two or so hotmail accounts

Gmail is easily the best - if you have the Gmail Notifier, it lets you know straight away if you have new email...
the msn and yahoo messengers do that as well..

I got a Hotmail account years ago, before Microsoft bought it. I stopped using it for much but to receive spam. I also get a few newsletters there.

I also got a Yahoo mail account many years ago. I find it much better than Hotmail: easier, less cluttered, simpler, bigger space.

But my main account is with Softhome.net, they provide free POP, and that's pretty convenient. It's still free, which is pretty good and had been using for years, but I started paying for the Pro service some months ago.

I also have a gmail account, but since it came so late in the game I don't use it that much. It's great, though.

I have a Gmail account and I use the "Gmail Notifier" Firefox extention.

I also have 2 hotmail accounts that I use less and less but it would be unwise to abandon them outright.

I use Juno, and have for the last.. eh, 12 years or so?

By now, I figure it's too late to change, since everyone would just keep sending to it even if I did move.

I also have Gmail, which I've set up to forward TO Juno, so I still only have to check one account.

I use every single one except for Lycos... I think I have over 20 accounts floating around out there, but my main ones are
