Can someone advise where I can get relatively cheap (sic free) web hosting/domain name/builder???

Any help would be greatly appreciated....

google for godaddy, remember their superbowl add, well it worked, thats the only web hosting company that I can remember.

you can really do a lot nowadays with google blogs too FREE!!!
