Didn't the Weekly World News do a story on this but it was the Chinese?Seriously though, even with every person who ever lived involved, the Earth is simply too massive to move.

I think a better idea would be to set thousands of giant rocket boosters up to try to accomplish this. The jumping thing just sounds like a great kodak moment to make fun of peopel with.
