Okay, am I the only one that likes Comedy Central's new series, "Stella"?

I mean, the show...it's...it's like watching ME! Although unleashed!

They must rename the show to Unleashed Colodia. Mmhmm.

Some parts are stupid, but for the most part it's pretty good.

Agreed. Like when they did the "muh" thing...I was weirded out.

really random, yet containing plot, I like it.

I watched the series premiere, wasn't that impressed. Michael Black, Michael Showalter and David Wain tried far too hard for my comedy tastes. Every skit felt forced. It also reinforced my theory that situational comedy is dead except for the likes of Jim Carrey, Robin Williams and other Hollywood old school comedians.

When I first glanced at the thread, I thought you meant the beer, Stella Artois. On closer examination I was somewhat disappointed. I've never heard of Stella the comedy.

Stella is the stupidest fucking TV show ever unleashed on the American public.

That said, I think it's fuckin' hilarious.

It's a modern Marx Brothers show. Beautiful stuff.

I saw the stand-up comedy special they did. It sucked. I thought the show would share that level of sucktitude, but I watched it last night and was pleasantly surprised. Stella's a damn good show! Not Reno 911 good, but still quite good.

Was Michael Ian Black a member of the comedy team "The State"? They were really funny.

I don't have cable but I did catch the stand up thing Stella did at a friends house and well I hated it.

I watched one episode...just one...and I wanted to sandpaper those memory neurons out of my brain. "Stupid" and "dumb" don't even TOUCH the patheticness of the show. I hate it with a passion.

Now... "Mind of Mencia" -- THAT's entertainment! *thumbs up*

Most stuff on Comedy Central isn't funny except South Park. Just my two cents even though CC is what I end up watching before Adult swim.

Uhh, the series premier isn't until later tonight, unless your cable has different time set-up. Or unless you're just fucking with us.

Heh. I wondered when/if someone was going to catch that. :D :p

I've seen Carlos' stand up 3 times (once live) and from that experience and seeing the previews for the show convince me that it will be easily one of the best shows on Comedy Central.

I just hope I'm not disappointed.

He had 20 minutes of jokes about masturbation in Chuckie Cheese once,
that's just wrong!

EDIT: Stella is awesome!

I seriously think you have to be under a certain age to enjoy the "humor" (and I use that term VERY loosely) in Stella.

Tex, I know how you love to flame, but there's no reason for the attack on Stella fans. Why don't you go whine about Canada's legalization of gay marriage or something?

Correct me if I'm wrong, but aren't you a fan of Blue Collar TV?
