On last night's episode (I think) of Full Metal Alchemist on CN Scar said something to the effect of "No, this is not the work of God, this is the work of *something* and soulless men" That should be most of it, what is the quote. Gonna, put it on a sig I am trying to screw up

You got lucky. I thought I'd deleted it, but I still had it on my DVR.

The quote is:

I listened to it twice and determined that was it. Then I confirmed with closed captioning.
