Being as how he was more into politics and economics, and making a statement as to the hypocracy and the problems caused, I doubt anything. Really, I don't see where this question is getting at. He was a brilliant man, one who probably gave a rat's ass about Islam.

I think he wouldn't find the subject very interesting.
For the same reasons, he wasn't interested criticizing Christianity as a state religion.
Maybe a better match would be found in Aldous Huxley, who was more into the moral ambiguity of anarchy versus welfare state versus absolutism.

Erm, well Islam was around long before George Orwell. If he had wanted to write anything specific about Islam, he would have. He didn't, as far as I'm aware. Case closed.
