What I'm about to write sounds, undoubtedly, like the usual schizoid rants that surface regularly on the Internet. Secret societies, occultism and child trafficking? It seems a world away from daily life. All I can ask is that you keep an open mind and listen to me.
Introduction
Six years ago, a good friend of mine opened up and started talking about her experiences at the hands of an organised paedophile ring in Melbourne , Victoria . At that time, I was just an average twenty-year-old guy, and I thought that all she needed was support and a sympathetic ear.
Then things began to spiral out of control. My friends memories, recounted without therapy, without hypnosis, became more and more visceral. I didn't know whether to believe her until I started receiving threats, and my family started receiving threats. Then, she was attacked; first, abducted at knifepoint, but once the damage was done, the perpetrators would simply telephone her and tell her to come to them.
She moved multiple times, changed her number multiple times, only to be tracked down again and again and again. Eventually, I had to move states and share a house with her, in order to provide her some vestige of safety. Even now, our home phone rings day and night. She receives multiple, untraceable calls on her cell phone. If she answers, she obeys. I've lost count of the number of times she has been raped in the last year.
So what the hell is going on?
For a long time, all I knew was that the men from her past were coming back for her, in an effort to keep her silent. I'd always presumed that their motivations are primarily pleasure and profit – they are running a highly organized and financially successful child prostitution ring, and they don't want former victims blabbing to the police and ruining it for them.
But the truth is much stranger then that. Recently, my friend has been able to tell me more about the internal workings of the paedophile group. It's become clear to me that that the perpetrators are not simply an organized criminal organization – that, at its heart, the paedophile group is a cult. What's more, the group shares a structure and doctrine that is identical to one of the largest international occult groups in the world.
The Ordo Templis Orientis
The Ordo Templis Orientis (OTO) was founded in the early 20 th century, and made famous by the self-proclaimed satanist Alistair Crowley. Crowley remains a popular figure in occult and counter-cultural subcultures, and his defendants insist that his references to child sacrifice, blood drinking, and enslavement are purely rhetorical; designed to attract publicity and inflame the mainstream, nothing more. National organizations, and local chapters, of the OTO exist in most Western countries.
I'm going to present you with disclosures from my friend, alongside quotes from Crowley :
1. Internal structure and hierarchy
a. Degrees: My friend stated that the paedophile group has nine rankings of ‘degrees', with one man occupying the tenth ranking, known as ‘Rex' or ‘King'.
A body was formed under the name O.T.O. (Ordo Templi Orientis) ... in nine degrees, with a tenth of an honorary character to distinguish the ``Supreme and Holy King'' of the Order in each country where it was established.
b. Divisions: The paedophile group is divided into ‘masters' and ‘slaves'. The ‘slaves' are the children and adult victims, the masters are the rapists and perpetrators.
The kings of the earth shall be kings forever: the slaves shall serve.
I am unique and conqueror. I am not of the slaves that perish. Be they damned and dead!
c. Victims: All ‘slaves' are girls and women. Any attempt to break free of the cult results in direct and extreme reprisals.
Let the Scarlet Woman beware! If pity and compassion and tenderness visit her heart; if she leave my work to toy with old sweetnesses; then shall my vengeance be known. I will slay me her child: I will alienate her heart: I will cast her out from men: as a shrinking and despised harlot shall she crawl through dusk wet streets, and die cold and an-hungered.
2. Doctrine
a. Violence: The perpetrators use extreme violence against victims, including burning, cutting, scarring and bloodletting.
Worship me with fire & blood; worship me with swords & with spears.
b. Misogyny: The perpetrators despise women and children, and consider them synonymous with weakness and vulnerability. Female victims are taught that they ‘deserve' the rape and torture, they are taught to believe that they ‘enjoy' it.
Let the woman be girt with a sword before me: let blood flow to my name.
But let her raise herself in pride! Let her follow me in my way! Let her work the work of wickedness! Let her kill her heart! Let her be loud and adulterous! Let her be covered with jewels, and rich garments, and let her be shameless before all men!
Let Mary inviolate be torn upon wheels: for her sake let all chaste women be utterly despised among you
c. Sadism: The perpetrators believe that, through their violence, they are celebrating their emancipation from the ‘slave' mentality of everyday norms and normality.
Compassion is the vice of kings: stamp down the wretched & the weak: this is the law of the strong: this is our law and the joy of the world.
d. Superiority: The perpetrators believe that their paedophilia and sexual sadism is proof of their superiority.
Take your fill and will of love as ye will, when, where, and with whom ye will.
There is no law beyond Do what thou wilt.

3. Rituals
a. Blood: Rituals have occurred during which a red liquid, presented to victims as blood of children, is drunk.
The best blood is of the moon, monthly: then the fresh blood of a child , or dropping from the host of heaven: then of enemies; then of the priest or of the worshippers: last of some beast, no matter what.
b. Murder: Rituals have occurred in which children have died.
Only the Master of the Temple can say whether any given act is a crime. “Slay the innocent child?” (I hear the ignorant say) “What a horror!” “Ah!” replies the knower, with foresight of history, “But that child will become Nero. Hasten to strangle him!”
For the highest spiritual working one must accordingly choose that victim which contains the greatest and purest force … But the bloody sacrifice, though more dangerous, is more efficacious; and for nearly all purposes human sacrifice is the best.

It would be unwise to condemn as irrational the practice of those savages who tear the heart and liver from an adversary, and devour them while yet warm. In any case, it was the theory of the ancient Magicians, that any living being is a storehouse of energy varying in quantity according to the size and health of the animal, and in quality according to its mental and moral character. At the death of the animal this energy is liberated suddenly.
d. Rape: Rituals have occurred in which children have been vaginally and anally raped, with an emphasis on the generation of blood and excrement during assaults.
[Excerpt from Peter-Robert Koenig's OTO Research Project] “Illumination through interaction with excrements (one of Crowley 's preferred ingredients) and small amounts of blood (when small wounds occur through the intercourse), mucus and of course the mucous membranes that lead directly into the blood supply, etc., etc. Crowley dreamt of giving birth to a foetus per anum: "a mass of blood & slime."
The information that I have presented has been disclosed by my friend, and then corroborated either through my direct experience, empirical evidence, or the accounts of other survivors. I have known members of the OTO and 'Thelemites' in the past; clearly, not everyone who subscribes to Crowley's doctrine is a paedophile and rapist. However, evidence both here and overseas suggests the existance of an international 'shadow' OTO which has taken Crowley's repulsive writings very literally indeed. The torture experienced by my friend was highly ritualistic, and mirrors, down to the finest detail, the experiences of other survivors around the globe.
I don't expect that allegations involving occultism and international ‘secret fraternities' will make much sense to the community. However, these atrocities are occurring within Australia ; turning a blind eye to them does not mean that they go away. These perpetrator networks are secret, by their very nature, and when their victim's surface, the bizarre nature of their abuse discredits them. Most of us were lucky; most of us are not victims. That means we have a direct responsibility for those who are – child torture victims who have been crying out for help, and nobody will listen.
...sounds highly implausible IMHO. I believe that there most definitely are international paedophile rings, even active in Australia, but I think this alleged link to OTO and Crowley are dubious at best.
