Umm, yesterday worked 9 to 5, came home, ate, called my girlfriend sodded about for awhile then went to bed.

Today. not much

It IS a holiday weekend here in the states. (4th of July) People might be travelling, camping, etc. It's also the first time in 2 weeks (in my area) that the temperature hasn't been in the upper 90's. Maybe people are "getting out" for a while.

That's OK about not knowing about the 4th, Catholic Europe. We never figured out that British bank holiday thing, so why should we expect Europeans to keep track of our calendar :) ?

I would love to hear some sociologist's notions of why so many of us hit the road on long weekends. Personally, I prefer to veg out at home and let people come to my place.

I had Crime and Deviance, too. It was probably the best exam I did, there weren't any particularly nasty questions on it.

i spent yesterday building a murder mystery for children at the school for Activity Day when all the local urchins come a brake our lighting. I even got the Art Department to make a blood-stained letter for me with red and technology built me a murder weapon. Of course, the real satisfaction comes when the kiddies try to bludgeon each other with it and their teachers from the other schools taking part panic. Anyway, I am quite sad really. *sighs*
