Why?

Why are so many people still sporting Kerry / Edwards and Bush / Cheney bumper stickers? If you are, please explain yourself. I have a few ideas on why this is, myself, but I'd probably get busted for flaming. Did they just miss Bush winning half a year ago? It's seriously getting annoying. I'm tired of seeing both of them. Also, I haven't seen the latter for about a week, but included it, anyway, whereas I've seen the former three times today alone. Why is the former so much more common than the average political stance of my area should imply? That is to say, the majority is Democratic, but not by that much. Alright, done ranting, you discuss.

My stickers are really hard to remove from the car. I have to wait for them to be removed by the elements. My Clinton/Gore sticker is still there, partially, from 1996!

Bumper stickers are a mother to scrape off.

ROFL! That's really funny... I wish I would have seen that before saving the poll... I would have added "It's fucking stuck..." as an option.

ALRIGHT, people, from here on out, if you simply can't get your bumper sticker off, write "IFS" for "It's fucking stuck."

Yeah, I think most are still on because hardly anyone wants to take the time to get 'em off....It is a pain in the ass to do...

You realize they can't run in '08 unless they shred the constitution?

The Constitution doesnt mention a term limit, all the presidents before FDR chose to step down voluntarily and not take a third term.

It's actually easy...Some 3m Adhesive remover, a plastic razor blade or a bronco plastic spreader. Apply the adhesive remover to the sticker until it is pretty well saturated. Place razor against bumper and push the sticker off. Grab some rubbing compound and restore to normal. Rather easy and done for under $20. Also it will not harm your automotive finish. ;)

Alright, it seems that the majority so far is going with IFS... in which case I might suggest placing them on your window instead of your bumper from now on. Then it just leaves a clean spot that will blend in after a few rains.

Uhhh...what about the 22nd amendment? Okay, maybe not the whole constitution, but at least one amendment

20 bucks to get a bumper sticker that cost 2 bucks off your car? To hell with that! That bumper sticker is gonna stick with the car all the way to the car dump furnace...

Because the sticker's glue is too strong?
Anyway...
some people keep their Christmas lights all year long, and it's just a question of laziness, not a question of giving the finger to summer.
