I think there's enough evidence to support a multi-shooter scenario, and if there were multiple shooters (and the big question is who) it would be logical that Oswald would be set up as a fall guy.

Evidence I consider credible is that analysis of bullet jacket fragments, performed years after the Warren Commission using techniques unavailable at that time, showed that bullets came from several guns. Sorry, I don't have the source - it's from a library book I read a few years ago.

There is other evidence, mostly audio, that supports the grassy knoll shooter theory.

I hope I'm alive when they open the files. I never thought they should have been sealed in the first place.

There have been many allegations that the FBI bungled the investigation, though. Evidence disappearing, etc.

A bit of info that was officially stricken from the Warren Commision's report was that when the were testing the rifle Oswald had supposedly used the sights were so far off that they had to completely re-zero them. Not zero them for the individual person using them, but completely re-zero them. In my opinion he probably wasn't the only shooter, which wouldn't be surprising since he(Kennedy) had pissed of a lot of people. In all honesty however, Bobby's assasination is much more interesting.

This statement is so comical as to almost not be worth adressing at all. If you could prove that the police allowed him to be killed on purpose, which you cant, you still have not proved why they did so. Silencing Oswald is not the only reason there is to kill him. Not only that but your observation falls flat on its face for a simple reason. If I am going to kill someone who is being escorted by police, I wait until the perfect opportunity presents its self before making my move. When the cop moves out of the way, thats the perfect opportunity. It is only natural that he would be shot immediately after there is an opening.

It is quite possible that Jack Ruby simply waited for his opportunity and was in his act avenging a President he liked by blowing away his murderer on national television, in doing so ensuring his place in history as opposed to a non-spectacular owner of a gentleman's club and a low-level mob contact. If Ruby seriously was connected to the Mob, why then, was no effort made to silence him if he was left to his fate, or no effort made to get him out of prison by the Mafia lords he "served"? Or did he simply sign on for what amounted to a "suicide" mission with no chance of escape? Personally I believe he was acting on his own in a historically infamous act of personal vengence on behalf of the nation, as honestly, among Kennedy supporters upon hearing Oswald was a man of communist-leanings, I bet a significant number would have wished him a swift death as well, and given the chance, done the same.
