Yeah, Baby!
I ticked English, Celtic and Mediterranean. I'm of mixed English, French and Welsh descent.
Shame your poll is incomplete, though obviously not everything could be fitted into a 10-answer poll. Still, you've left out all the African ethnic groups, the Pacific (Polynesian, Melanesian, Australian Aboriginal, Maori, etc...), and Latin America (though I assume by Native American you don't just mean US, but all indigenous peoples of the Americas, from Inuits to indigenous South Americans?). That's leaving out a huge chunk of humanity. And your 'West Asian' option covers a lot of ethnic diversity (Indian subcontinent, Central Asia, Arabic peninsula and the rest of western Asia...). Even your European options leave out the Sami people.
Sorry, I love to nitpick. ;)

I ticked English, Celtic and Mediterranean. I'm of mixed English, French and Welsh descent.
You can re-enact the Hundred Years war inside yourself.
I have only West and East Finnish, Ingrian and Sami "tensions" to work on. These are mainly mutual accusations like "they're all drunks", "can't communicate", "don't have real jobs", and "speak weirdly". The truth is that everyone's right.
Shame your poll is incomplete, though obviously not everything could be fitted into a 10-answer poll.
But, everything can be fitted in a 10-answer+posting ability poll. Another fact was that this set of options is based on earlier threads about the same subject. You can differentiate further those groups that are more common, such as Germanic, which branches to Anglic and Scandic, or British, which gives English and Celtic.
Still, you've left out all the African ethnic groups, the Pacific (Polynesian, Melanesian, Australian Aboriginal, Maori, etc...),
There was an incomplete poll earlier - only one voted "African", when that was available. So far, there hasn't been a single OTHER: African post. The same with the Pacific ethnicities.
and Latin America (though I assume by Native American you don't just mean US, but all indigenous peoples of the Americas, from Inuits to indigenous South Americans?).
Yes. Although Amerind as a language group is not a solid theory, they tend to be in a similar situation in the society.
That's leaving out a huge chunk of humanity.
The population in this forum do not represent humanity anywhere near accurately.
And your 'West Asian' option covers a lot of ethnic diversity (Indian subcontinent, Central Asia, Arabic peninsula and the rest of western Asia...).
This group is only geographical. The problem was, that Asian descent is uncommon in this forum, so you could post a single "Asian" option. But, that makes no sense, because where exactly do we draw the line? It'd evoke misunderstandings and problems as to where to place the Arabs and such. The solution is to separate Eastern and Western Asian, even if it uses up one option. It's not as I didn't think this thru.
Even your European options leave out the Sami people.
The Sami are a Fennic people. Besides language, the main difference is that the other Fennic peoples began agriculture. The Sami on the other hand find it odd plowing thru horsesh*t all your life, and indeed, they call Finns "the dunglanders" (lantalaiset).
Sorry, I love to nitpick. ;)

Bah, I didn't see the Native American option at the bottom... Oh well.
Anyway, I'm as follows, from most to least: Irish, Scottish, Chickesaw, Cherokee, Scandinavian (not sure which, but these ancestors went to Scotland a long, long time ago), English, French, and German.
I'm overwhelmingly Scotch/Irish, though mostly Irish.

I'm Irish. I've got some British stuck in me somewhere, though we're not quite sure if the family from Britain was actually originally from another country (because, I mean.....why would Americans bother with heritage? We're American. Grrr). And then a smidge of both Belgian and Swedish, but they both go so far back that I didn't even vote with them.
So as the story goes, I'm vastly Irish with some other European spices.....
Edit: my friend (sitting by me) wants to add her two cents.....as I hand the keyboard off.....
Can't vote again, but our conversations usually go like this:
Me: Dad, what's our heritage
My dad: *cracks up*
Me: ........
My dad *still hysterical....takes several long moments to compose himself* Diluted.

From most to least English German Scottish French, very little Dutch, Native American (Montauk)
English/Celtic (Scottish and Cornish).
Interestingly, Celtic should really be English and the Scottish should be Scots, Picts or Scandinavians (though using that logic the Engish should be Celts, Angles and Anglo-Saxons, but never mind, eh? ;) )
Mexican, maybe Italian, who knows?
Check your family history.
Oh, and check out my new sig, NS'ers. Color-coded for my heritage: Magenta and Sky Blue are for Scandinavia, Red is for England, Royal Blue is for France, Orange is for Germany, Green is for Ireland, Dark Green is for Scotland, and Brown is for Native American tribes.

Polish and Scottish.
As to the Cornish option, does it really exist anymore? I thought the last Cornish speaker died about 50 years ago.....
I am 100% Han Chinese. However, living in the West for a decade have left me culturally two-faced.
My mother is African American with Chikisaw and Cherokee in her blood, and my biological father ( who is caucasian by the way ) is French, Italian, and English.
As to the Cornish option, does it really exist anymore? I thought the last Cornish speaker died about 50 years ago.....
Funnily, Cornwall (or Kernow) actually lost its language in the 1700's, but they've tried to re-invent it basing it on literature from the 1500 and 1600's as well as Welsh and Breton.
