O Canada!
Our home and native land!
True patriot love in all thy sons command.

With glowing hearts we see thee rise,
The True North strong and free!

From far and wide,
O Canada, we stand on guard for thee.

God keep our land glorious and free!
O Canada, we stand on guard for thee.

O Canada, we stand on guard for thee!
O Canada, we stand on guard for thee!

It's a reall pretty song, you can find it on the internet if you want to hear the tune.

Hey,
I'm not a lumberjack or a fur trader.
I don't live in an igloo or eat blubber.
Or own a dogsled.
And I don't know Jimmy, Sally or Suzy from Canada.
Although I'm certain they're really, really nice.
I have a prime minister, not a president.
I speak English and French, not American.
And I pronounce it about, not a-boot.
I can proudly sew my country's flag on my backpack.
I believe in peacekeeping, not policing.
Diversity, not assimilation.
And the beaver is a truly noble and proud animal.
A toque is a hat, a chesterfield is a couch.
And it's pronounced "Zed," not "Zee," "Zed."
Canada is the second largest land mass,
The first nation of hockey,
And the best part of North America.
My name is Joe. And I AM CANADIAN!!!
Thank you.

HAPPY BIRTHDAY CANADA!!! :D

Got this one off the internet:

I AM AMERICAN...

I'm not particularly intelligent, open-minded, or generally well-liked.

I don't live in a clean place, I don't eat nutritiously very often, and I don't drive well.

I don't know Shakespeare, Da Vinci or Gutenberg.

Although I'm certain they weren't American.

I drink beer.....not good beer. I don't use utensils when eating.

I believe in guns for settling disputes, not discussions.

And I pronounce it AIN'T, not AREN'T.

I can proudly sew my country's flag on my backpack

...until I go anywhere, and what's the point in doing that.

Burger King IS fine dining. Cracker Jack IS a vegetable and WWF wrestling is real.

The UNITED STATES is the ONLY country in the world,

The FIRST nation of ignorance, and the BEST part of South America!

My name is Johnny Bob Jimmy Joe Ray...

...AND I AM AMERICAN!

LOL :D

O Canada!
Terre de nos aïeux,
Ton front est ceint de fleurons glorieux.

Car ton bras sait porter l'épée,
Il sait porter la croix.

Ton histoire est une épopée,
Des plus brillants exploits.

Et ta valeur, de foi trempée,
Protégera nos foyers et nos droits.

Protégera nos foyers et nos droits.

Le Canada, nous vous aimons! =)

Happy Canada Day, to all my fellow Canucks. I'll be celebrating here in Charlotte NC with some fellow stranded Canucks and Canuck-wannabes...listening to Stompin' Tom and drinking beer that tastes like beer, and with an alcohol content above that of hot chocolate.

Happy 138, old girl...you don't look a day over 120!

Although you have for the most part removed any links with the Queen, as an Australian let me say you are still a valued member of our Commonwealth of nations.
I congratulate Canada on its 138th birthday and look forward to a strong and successful partnership over the coming years. Let us tolerate our unwanted friend for as long as we are obliged, but know that we are much more suited as close friends than either of us is suited for friendship with the U.S.
Again, Happy Birthday from us all.
