Why I'm not a Mongoose.

This isn't meant as an attack thread, but more like a bit of fun.
If you read over these threads, you'll notice that mongoose-apologists are, in general, much quicker to start the fighting-to-the-death and the eating-their-prey than the more snake-ish people.
Why are snakes not allowed to disagree with mongooses without being attacked and eaten? Please, only reply if you have something entertaining and non-constructive to say. Flaming, while not personally condoned, is expressly forbidden by the rules, so ya buy yer ticket, ya takes yer chances.
Heh.
P.S. I know snakes sometimes do it too, and I'm not defending that. I'm only saying that in the vast majority of cases, the name calling comes from the mongooses.

I only wish that they were here sooner.

Mongoose supporter?! More like a mongoose dupe!! Snakes are the ones who built this country, for God-fearing snakes to bask and hatch their eggs in. We're not about to let those...those mammals dictate terms to the cold-blooded majority!

Not a God-Fearing one myself, I still support most views the snakes have - and some the mongoose folks have. But really, The childlike arguments have to simmer down a bit. I mean, c'mon. Why eat the poor snakes? Why get near the smelly mongoose family?
Why is the sky yellow?

We're not about to let those...those mammals dictate terms to the cold-blooded majority!nope, it wasn't the snakes that built this country. it was the mammals, because the cold blooded majority procesicuted the mammals until they united against the Snakes. It was the mammals who worked hard while the Cold Blooded people were basking in the sun or lazing away during the winter.
and why, if it's Mongoose supporters that start with the name callind, did you start with the name calling. proving yourself wrong.

As a Riki Tiki Tavi supporter let me just say that he was a great mongoose, and anyone who doesn't support the naming of airports, aircraft carriers, assorted federal buildings after him, and the carving of his likeness in Mt. Rushmore is a divorced gay communist terrroist and liberal media sympathiser who hates America/Great Britain/India (choose one).

Damn snakes. Always getting into the cupboards, frightening the wee mong- uh, gooses? Geese? mongoose on their way home from school - with their scales and their two-chambered hearts and all.
They'll never give a mongoose an even break!

ps.
normally, i actually don't like the mongooses or the snakes. i mean, either way you get thrashed. if you chill with them, you have to decide whether you want to be thrashed by something furry or a reptile.
so i just hang out with cool cats.
that is all.

I guess it depends on the situation. If you were speaking literally, I'd choose snakes. I love snakes! Especially big ones! ;)

not particularly. seeing as both want to gnaw on my legs a bit. and i have a slight reptile-phobia.
and anyway, cats are just lovely.
well i guess that is favouritism... since i favor cats (a bit more passive) to the fighting animals..

lol, my metaphoric interpretation is the same as my literal one. :P
i supposed, literally, snakes would be cool if i didn't have a violent reptile-fear. and amphibians too. ahhh.
