So, Chicago has banned pot-flavored candy!

What do we think??
I think that the guy trying to claim he isn't targetting children is an idiot. It is candy obviously targetted at rebellious types!
I also think the guy claiming that sucking on a pot-flavored candy is going to make kids run out and buy pot is full of it too.

There's no THC in it! How can you ban ordinary candy that happens to taste like an illegal substance? That's just stupid.

IMHO, any candy that was flavored like marijuana would be disgusting.
I mean, of course they won't run out and buy pot after they had pot flavored candy.

And an illegal substance that tastes like shit. I mean, people don't really smoke pot for the flavor.
If anything the candy should put kids off pot.

It's true! We have bought hemp lip balm in Boston. It has a very pleasant taste.
And in Montreal we have HEMP BEER.
Yayyyyyy!!!!!
It's perfectly legal and available in a lot of bars downtown.

I dunno, man..
Different types of weed "may or may not" taste better, but overall, it really doesn't seem like any of it would taste good. At all.
I don't even really like the smell of the smoke itself.

I've had different types of marijuana flavored candy and they are actually very tastey :p so good and so true to the flavor that in fact I was sure that it was actually pot that flavored it. What I really want is a cologne that smells like fresh chronic buds.

What a bunch of crap! Great marketing opportunity though - the free advertising from the controversy probably more than offsets the loss of the Chicago market.

Really, if it were to taste anything at all like what passes for pot in America, it would be disgusting.
But then again, market research studies have consistently demonstrated down through the years that if you add enough complex sugars to anything, children will happily eat it.
I once had too much garden-manure on my hands. I kept trying to find ways of getting rid of the excess. Somehow, all I could think about was adding fruit-flavoured taffy to it, and marketing it as 'organic taffy'. But common sense prevailed.
So I just started adding it to burgers instead.
