Bob Kraft is worth hundreds of millions of dollars. He'll pony up the $15,000 to get a new ring rather than piss off Putin and screw all his Russian business interests.

The funniest thing is Rupert Murdoch's look in the photograph. It's like he's thinking "dammit! I wanted to snatch it first!" :D

If someone has the urge to give me a $15,000 ring sure I'll make sure they keep a tie with Russia...any takers?

I saw this earlier. Takes the cake as weirdest CNN headline of the year so far. I guess this is what you get when a former KGB agent becomes a head of state.

I love how Kraft's camp has now come out and said that the ring was meant as a gift to Putin.

I've seen those rings in person, and they are beyond obscene.
