Simple question really.

Is it suave to smoke a pipe?

I say yes.

in an amusing nineteen fifties way. Since I don't smoke, I plan on getting a bubble pipe. They have a certain eccentric charm.

There's nothing quite as cool as having a controlled fire in a cup hanging from your mouth by a tube you're inhaling the smoke through. ;)

although cigars can be sexy with guys too.. i'm not a cigar person, i only do cigarettes, but i must say the cigar thing is hot too.

i found these incredible glass hand-blown colour-changing pipes being sold outside my favorite coffeeshops.. i almost got one. then i realized i did not use pipes. but point remains. pipes can be neato.

Urgh! How anyone can think it is sauve to do anything the smells so revolting is beyond me! The smell while in the act of smoking is bad enough, but I find smoker-stench (the smell of a smoker who isn't actually smoking at the time) to be one of the most offensive scents. And then they try to hide it with perfume, aftershave, etc. Doesn't work!

Hence the very suave bubble pipe. The last day of school a friend got a bubble pipe for me, and I must say that my band teacher now hates them. Got soap and such all over her floor, but damn was it funny.

I prefer Grizzly smokeless tobacco. It ain't all showy like you're trying to grab attention, it's packed with nicotine, and the ladies love it! Nothing sexier than brown tobacco juice dribbling out the side of my mouth! In all seriousness, I don't think you'll impress a lot of people by smoking a pipe unless you're in a pipe smoking club. And yes, I do smokeless tobacco (I just don't let the ladies know right off hand).

But of course they are. I smoke a pipe, so I'm biased. Oh yeah, one more thin: chixdiggit

Hells Bells yes. Pipes are very suave. Anyone who attempts to argue the point will be banned from the annual meeting of Suave North American People (SNAP).

My dog loves it when I break out the 12 year old plastic bubble pipe.

As a Catholic who thinks pipe-smoking is suave, I personally think that if the Pope picked up pipe-smoking it would do significant good for our public relations. Maybe those drunken British soccer hooligans won't hate us so much.
