Actually, if someone is spamming your telegram box, don't delete them, and report the offender via the Getting Help (http://www.nationstates.net/cgi-bin/index.cgi/-1/page=help) page. You need to keep the telegrams as evidence, however.

Emo music has got to be the only type of music I dont respect. By the way, that was a very emo-assed cry baby way to introduce the topic. I wish emo kids would just realise that they ask for it...It's probably because they like the attention. Boo Hoo!
