On problem I found when doing the survey was that when you click 'submit' it tells you that you need to fill in the member name, even if you've unclicked the 2 boxes at the bottom of the page. You need to click them, then fill in anything and then unclick them again.

Can't quite understand why my profession is worth $0, as is not gambling. In fact any answer to the gambling one gives you $0. Whoever wrote this obviously got too tired to finish it properly.
