I'd rather eat lead paint.
It's good, but not as good as Saturday Night Live.
Here's the foodchain on funny sketch-comedy shows:
Saturday Night Live
Chapelle's Show
Blue Collar TV
MadTV
Anyones I missed? I barely remembered Chapelle.

Right above Saturday Night Live goes Monty Python's Flying Circus.
Kids in the Hall.
Feh, never seen it. It's on my to-do list.

Lets do a redneck word usage game, Using the words "asgot", "Butternut", and "initiate".
That one cracks me up. :D

Agreed. I find it highly overrated (The show, not the paint). I've never really seen the humour in it. Would you please pass the arsenic sauce?

Eh...MADtv and Monty Python reign supreme on my list. The Daily Show is the best show on Comedy Central, in my opinion.

Blue Collar Comedy, like beer, is an acquired taste, I guess. Paint is overrated too.

Well, then, you lack a sense of humour, sir. But then again, people say the same to me, because I find Monty Python overrated. I like it, it's just not hilarious.
Kids in the Hall is not that good at all. Has funny moments, but they're few and far in between.

Off the subject a little bit, who has seen the cartoons Fairly Odd Parents, or Fosters home?
Hilarious. Names don't say much for them, though.

Now wouldn't those just be your opinions? I personally would say that, since he dislikes Larry the Cable Guy, he has a very well refined sense of humor.

Fairly Oddparents is great! It's the only Nickalodeon show I still watch. Funny stuff.

That would be alot funnier if Ron White was on Blue Collar TV, he isn't. Sadly Larry the Cable Guy is so we have to put up with "Git'er'done" which should be a crime

Yep. Just opinions.
But you'd basically have to be out of your mind not to laugh at Larry the Cable Guy. Not the funniest guy in the world, but he's entertaining.

Humour's all relative. I love George Carlin, Rob Williams, Chris Rock..Not fond of Monty Python, either. I've been known to crack my friends up till they cry, or, worse. One (wo)man's sense of humour may not appeal to someone else's.

Cruel, and twisted, but refined, I suppose. As said, though, it's all relative, ne? I've just never been a fan of the appeal of the country/redneck image/stereotype.

they're good at stand-up, but they're really bad at sketch comedy.

Anyone remember SCTV, I thought that was great !
Kids in the Hall. :)
Blue Collar Comedy should be banned. Right along with Chapelle's Show. Just for subjeting the American public to the stupidest and most over used phrases.
Git-R-Done can be found on about everything nowadays.

Outlines exactly how many people are in fact Dave Chapelle and allowed to say that in a humorous manner. This is why I love Maddox

My son lives in S.C., and everywhere you go all you see is "Git'er'done...it's gets played to death and it's no longer funny, which is a shame, but I guess a fact of life.

But it's "rednecks" on "rednecks." I personally think it's okay if it's someone's poking fun at they're own "group."
