Yeah. Just without any real alternatives. HOWEVER, it is one thing to be a dictator today, but it is far more difficult to be a dictator tomorrow too. To stay in power, you must actually do some good, and keep people happy with you. Castro's a bit like that, but he's only there because it's either him or some young troublemaker.
