It's called the Holy Empire of the Handkerchief and i just made it (around 9 hours ago) and i am totally new so if you can search it can you see if i am doing okay?

9 hours isn't a long time - you'll probably need to be playing for at least a couple of weeks to see any real changes in your nation, but welcome to NS and don't forget to come back to these here forums :)

tip: in your nation's settings page set it to give you two issues per day - stuff happens faster then

Your nation seems fine to me. I suppose whatever you do is fine, as long as you don't spam, flame, or troll (like me).
Basically, do the opposite of what some *cough*me*cough* people do, and you'll be fine.
