Based upon established Parliamentary rules, I, as duly elected Member of Parliament representing the United Democratic Communist Party, hereby submit the following proposal outline for consideration by my esteemed colleagues and fellow Members of Parliament:

That all suspects of any misdeed or crime be recognised as duly possessing the right to a fair trial, and the right to appeal against the verdict of the court.

I think this is likely to be the shortest debate in history, unless we get into the means by which a trial is to be fair. We await the full proposal with interest.

Perhaps it would help to telegram the MPs about the fact that there is a proposal being brought before the Parliament?

Could be. :) Thanks for the suggestion. For now, I've placed links in the Parliament thread.

Quorum reached! Nine MPs have voted in favour of bringing this proposal before Parliament.

I will, therefore, submit a full version of this proposal to Parliament shortly.

Thank you all, MPs and non-MPs, for voting!
