I got 1.4 bill but again thas nowhere near the biggest nation. I think its something like 5 billion

Actually, the largest nation in the game by population is "The Sovereign Military Empire of Praetor" with 6.324 billion. Last time the UN Report for this came out, he was on top. That number is current of today, as I just checked.
As a side note, I find it kind of funny that the top 10 for highest police ratios are Psychotic Dictatorships and one Corporate Police State. I guess they do a lot of :sniper:
