Surely we all still watch The Daily Show...
Laugh at June 21st episode....or any other episode!
*is still cracking up*
Reporter: Mr. Bush, what do you think about the growing insurgency violence in Iraq and do you think it's what Vice President Cheney says when it's a dwindling force?
Bush: *while LAUGHING at Reporter's face* Well, I think about Iraq everyday......and we'll KEEP thinking about Iraq everyday!
Stewart: Oh, okay...so you THINK ABOUT THE WAR YOU STARTED EVERYDAY? *imitation of Bush* Yeah, I sometimes tie a string to my finger to help remind me!
Lol, yeah I watched it late night. I fell asleep halfway through though :(
That Jon Stewart is quite a 'piece of work'.

'Twas funny. Though I think it'd have been better had they shown more than just that one clip over and over. :)

Bush is an idiot, plain and simple, I'd like to play him at high stakes poker, I'd be rich in an hour. He can't control his face muscles and he grins like an idiot whenever some one askes him a question, I assume its because he remembered his prepared bullshit answer

Yeah, your Prime Minister is quite a peace of work...Hey Mr. Prime Minister, s'alright if I call you a peace of work?
Reporter (To President of Portugal): President, what do you think of the growing insurgency in Iraq?
(President of Portugal looks in Bush's direction)
(President Bush starts cracking up)
Jon Stewart: Wait a minute, Bush started laughing in the guy's face when he mentioned the insurgency in Iraq.

Long may you laugh.
Sincerely, long may you laugh.
To quote the character Hrundi V. Bakshi as played by Peter Sellers (the Party):
"Laughter makes the world go round".
BTW, what's this about Colbert's new show on Comedy Central?

That may make him hard to read. Seriously. :(
As for being an idiot: he may be. Or he may be the cagiest man in America.
You know what wasn't right? That lady supposedly breast feading behind that senator lady.

The Colbert Report! It's going to be a ripoff of those Hardball/Crossfire/O'Reilly Factor shows where everyone screams at each other and the host is an arrogant jackass. It's going to be on at 11:30 each night, right after The Daily Show. I think the idea is to first lampoon the news, then lampoon the commentators of the news. Brilliant.
Whatever happened to Primetime Glick?

Whatever happened to Primetime Glick?
It was too contrived to be funny so they put it on when no one watches it

Comedy Central hasn't told anyone exactly when it'll start. But I'm sure we'll be seeing many a commercial in the weeks before the first episode airs.
