Can there be two UN registered nation's on the same pc/ ip address?

The reason im asking this is ive got a UN registered nation but ive got family with different email address's that wish to try the game but we've only got one pc..

Any help would be appreciated ;)

No, you are only allowed a single UN nation per IP address. You can have as many non-UN nations as you like, though.
