Avia Takes Two

Okay, everyone has exhausted everything numerous times now.
Yep. The political threads (pertaining the US) are beginning to bug me. "Democrats are useless and evil!" "Republicans are ruining the country and evil!" You get the idea.
I mean, seriously. These threads are ages and ages old and yet they manage to be redone and reposted by every Tom, Dick, and Harry. or whatever that saying is.
I know, I know. You're convinced they're out to get you and that they're ruining your life... but truth is, how many American teenagers/whoever who sit around on computers posting the "eeevvilll" stuff actually feel the effects of these "menacing conspirators" other than there might be a kid on the other wing at school who bullies you from time to time (but he's an ignoramus too) for your political views?
Sure, politics are fascinating and really incredible. To a point. I think we've covered the conspiracy/cat fight/goading into war threads ad nauseum.
Same goes with religion. Religion is a fascinating onion, so many layers and so many ideas, and one big stench that can make you cry. Let's be creative, let's break the typical forum mold and not make the same threads many times.
One last point... the people who sit around bickering about the politics are the ones who should be on the streets, they're the ones who should be out changing things... not just sitting on a computer fighting... because that gets everyone involved nowhere, except missing a couple hours of your life that you'll wish were filled with memories when you're old and dying.
That is all.
If you hate me now for expressing my opinion, that's fine. I don't really care.
The end.
